The Z Street Speakeasy Band from Orlando not only performs as a Gatsby Band, but also for other theme party events as well. Last week they performed at a "Club Havana" Gala performing as a Swing Band. The Z Street Speakeasy Band and Gatsby Band services Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Jacksonville, Ybor City, Palm Beach, Hutchinson Island and throughout Florida. The Z Street Speakeasy Band performed at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club last night for an incredible evening of music, dance and awards. The band performed in front of a jaw dropping backdrop, and vintage theme decor. The Z Street Speakeasy Band performed Roaring twenties music, swing, and as the night progressed, launched into music from the 80's, 90's and 2000's, packing the dance floor to the very end.

The Z Street Speakeasy Band had some incredible performances this January. A few of the highlights include a performance at the Salvadore Dali Museum for the Grand opening of the "Disney and Dali' Exhibit, as well as a over the top special event at a wine cellar turned speakeasy, and an ultra posh wine tasting event in Naples.
The "Disney And Dali" event was a surreal one to be sure. The Z Street Speakeasy Band performed music from Disney movies, along with 1940's songs, setting the tone for the event that took on a vintage, Disney feel. The band performed while videos of Walt Disney and Salvadore Dali's collaboration, "Destino" were magnified above the jaw dropping performance area. The Z Street Speakeasy Band performed at a corporate event in Fort Lauderdale, Fl on October 19, 2015. The posh event had a playful side to it; the guests came decked out to the nines in vintage attire. They danced til the very end. The guests always enjoy being part of the event, participating in it, as opposed to being a observer. By getting guests involved, whether it be dressing for the theme or dancing all night to vintage tunes morphing into today's current hit, the guests appreciate the connection. People want to be part of the event. Gone are the days of being a bystander; watching events unfold. Bringing guests into a ballroom, asking them sit through videos, speeches, skits and bland music is no longer enough for today's client. Make the guests happy. Involve them. Let them be part of the experience. They will thank you for it. They will remember it. They will rehire it. Every client is a gift. As performers, it's our job to see to it that the event is something they will experience personally. Not from a observers standpoint, but as a participant.

Guests appreciate listening to music that they recognize. The Z Street Band performs a wildly diverse selection of songs. Here they are at last night's event, playing dinner music before the dancing begins. Dinner music has changed through the years, and the Z Street Band plays recognizable, spirited tunes during dinner. Music that guests can talk over.

Guests enjoy being a part of the event. We aren't talking about inflatable guitars and dated props on stage...we're talking about getting the audience involved through dressing for the theme party. The Z Street Speakeasy Band played an Gatsby Gala Fundraiser in Tampa on March 27, 2015. The venue was an old warehouse turned Speakeasy with Gaming Tables, vintage seating, antique cars and more. The Z Street Speakeasy Band performed on Miami Beach on May 22nd, at the jaw dropping Eden Roc Hotel. The Orlando swing band added to the Art Deco theme of the evening for State Farm Insurance. The Sophisticated and swinging event made for a memorable event. The crowd danced until the very end, and everyone had a great time.
